PHOTOMOD supports full 16-bit raster from input to output and unlimited raster size.

  • SPOT 1—5
    HRV, HRVIR, HRG, HRS sensors data in SISA (“old SPOT format,” specification SI/85.113), CAP (specification S4-ST-73-1SI) DIMAP data formats Images of preprocessing level 1A are intended for photogrammetric processing. Accompanying information allows application of rigorous algorithm to image processing.
  • SPOT 7
    RPC file accompanying the image is used as initial sensor model.

  • SPOT 6
    RPC file accompanying the image is used as initial sensor model. DIMAP v2.

  • Terra/ASTER
    HDF format is supported for preprocessing images of level 1A and 1B. However, images of preprocessing level 1B are not recommended for photogrammetric processing. Several images, (including metadata), of the same area from different spectral ranges and in various resolutions are included in the HDF file. VNIR range images have the best resolution (15 m). VNIR3N and VNIR3B images are the stereo pair and need to be added to stereo photogrammetric projects. Rigorous algorithm is used for processing ASTER images (preprocessing level 1A).

  • IRS-1C, 1D/PAN
    The IRS-1C and 1D/PAN formats are used by many data providers. Since the image header and raster data are located in different files, with file names defining the correspondence between them, several file name variants for the Fast C format have resulted. Currently, the Euromap and Scanex Fast C format file names are being generally supported. Scanex has developed the HDF format for this data. Generic algorithms (DLT and its modifications) are used for HDF data processing.

  • IRS P5 (Cartosat-1)
    Super Structured and TIFF+metadata formats are supported. When present, RPC data is used for processing. Otherwise, generic algorithms (DLT and its modifications) are used.

  • IRS P6 (Resourcesat-1)
    Super Structured, Fast C and TIFF formats are supported. Generic algorithms (DLT and its modifications) are used for processing.

  • IKONOS
    8/16-bit TIFF/GeoTIFF formats are supported. The RPC (Rapid Positioning Capability) file that accompanies the image is used as the initial sensor model.

  • QuickBird, WorldView-1,2
    Processing of Basic, Standard Ortho Kit and Standard levels of imagery pre-processing in 8/16-bit TIFF/GeoTIFF format is supported. The Standard level is not for photogrammetric processing. The RPC file is used for data processing.
